I run two opposite businesses on one AI system.
I am not an agency reselling someone else's software. I am a Las Vegas operator who got tired of leaking revenue, so I built the AI front office for my own business before I ever offered it to anyone else.
01 / The story
Same operator, same stack, two different worlds.
One of my businesses scoops dog waste across Las Vegas. It is called Poop Scoop Dude. The other one is this, AIROIOPS, the AI operations studio. Two businesses that could not be more different, run by the same person, on the same system.
I did not start with a pitch. I started with a problem. I was the only person who could answer the phone, the leads kept going cold while I was out on a route, and I was the glue holding four tools together that did not talk to each other. So I built the AI front office to run the work around the work, and I ran it on myself first.
Only after it was carrying a real, messy, owner-led business day after day did I offer it to anyone else. The logic is simple. If one system can run a service business and a studio at the same time, it can run yours.
