Is the Operator's Vision really free?
Yes. You get an honest read on where your business is leaking time and money, built on your own business, not a generic slide deck. You keep the plan whether or not we work together. No catch, no obligation.
Do you only do calls and texts?
No. The front desk is one department. The same system also handles follow-up so no lead goes cold, win-back of old customers, content, the back-office paperwork, and an owner dashboard, plus custom builds for whatever else eats your day.
Why not just hire someone for this?
A full-time AI or automations hire runs six figures a year, and most owner-led businesses don't have enough of that work to justify the seat. I'm that person, fractional. You get the engineer without the salary.
Do you replace my staff?
No. It takes the busywork off their plate so they do the work that actually needs a person. The after-hours calls, follow-ups and repeat questions go to the AI. It frees time, it does not replace anyone.
Do I need to understand AI?
No. You describe the outcome you want, and I build and run the system. There are no new dashboards to learn and you never have to become technical. That part is my job.

How long does it take?
It ships in phased waves. We pick what to handle first, build it, and put it to work, then move to the next. Each wave adds value the moment it goes live.

I carry it. Ongoing operation means I am continuously tuning and fixing the system as your business shifts, and handing new busywork to the AI as it comes up. Not a box you babysit.
What do I actually own?
Everything. It is built in your stack, on your accounts and credentials, never locked inside mine. If we ever part ways, it stays with you and keeps running.
